I ate pretty well overall yesterday... egg muffin for breakfast, veggies and hummus, and some veggie pizza last night for dinner. I also had a GIANT glass of hot water with juice from half a lemon and a green tea bag. I am trying to cleanse!!!
Oh, and for inspiration, I have added a ton of fit instagram pages to follow and I'm also following Blake Lively. I have a major girl crush on her and she inspires me to be as hot as I can be!! Going to try my damnedest to be as hot and fit and proud of myself as possible!
(BTW, I have not drank since NYE and I am liking it. I have toked a little bit, but that does not affect my mood negatively as over drinking has. I don't like to over drink and be bloated and mean to people and yea... :))
Last night I had terrible cramps, so I went downstairs to lay in the basement to not bother Matt. Maddie came with me and kept me company. I was awake from 5:30 am to 7:30!! It sucked :( I woke up around 10:30 which was NOT part of my "get shit done before the Bengals play offs at 4:30" plan.
I picked Matt up from the car repair shop (he dropped off his car to get looked at and is now switching it to have our new used truck to look at). Then I vacuumed our bedroom and the basement, but I need to deep shampoo this rug downstairs - it's rough and stinks. Definitely on my to do list after the rooms are done!
So, on to my workout! Keep in mind I feel pretty wiped out today and everything was just plain hard.

**I could not complete this workout for the full 5 sets OR for time today! It took all I had to just get through 4 sets, with breaks in between sets. Still feel good that I did it though.
