This morning I went over to my friend Julie's house to workout and kick our butts. After coffee and chatting, we did a quickie warm up and then did ZWOW #47. It was awesome.
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN:
12 MINUTES AMRAP:
10 FORWARD/BACKWARD DB JUMP SQUATS (10 LBS)
5 AB SPLITTERS + SUPER GIRL PUSH UP L & R
We completed 5 1/2 sets!!!
Then, we added some arms in.
ARM WORKOUT BREAKDOWN:
3 SETS:
20 DB CURL TO PRESS (10 LBS)
15 DB TRICEP EXTENSIONS (10 LBS)
15 DB ROW TO KICKBACK (10 LBS)
When I got home, I bathed Maddie girl and while she was soaking in her shampoo, I did even more!!
4 SETS :
25 KB SWINGS (35 LB)
I was waiting to switch the laundry so I did the next GORILLA WORKOUT from my app.
5 SETS:
10 SQUATS
25 SUPERMANS
I feel very accomplished so far this morning!!!
Now, time to shower, make my grocery list, and then meal prepping!!
